Brand Assurance was founded with a simple, but clear purpose: Partner with multifamily companies and help them grow.
Getting reviews has never been an easy or intuitive process. Like many others, Jim Kittridge felt firsthand the pain of trying to get reviews from customers by asking or other, less-than-intuitive platforms. As a result, he and a buddy started working on a product to alleviate that painful process. That product became Brand Assurance.
Brand Assurance started with an idea that Apartment Owners could build their reputation proactively. It didn’t have to be hard, they already had residents that loved them.They just needed a megaphone. We quit our jobs and invested everything we had to make our vision a reality. Our beta partners loved the idea, as did more and more Apartment Owners as the word spread.
This is just the beginning. We’ve partnered with dozens of companies across the globe and are helping them grow every day.
